Nicole Edwards, CPTD® – Director of Community Partnerships, Prime Time Palm Beach County, Inc.

“Stacy is an invaluable asset for the organization. His inherent desire to serve children, support their social emotional growth and drive quality through coaching, mentoring and modeling have been the driving force behind his success. Professionalism, kindness, patience, effectiveness, inspiring and trustworthy are only a few of the qualities he demonstrates.

Stacy has been an amazing advisor and partner. When operational strategies are being developed or implemented, he provides valuable guidance to ensure alignment with our Service Values. When facilitation is required, he can deliver the most complex concepts in the simplest way. His ability to engage groups is bar none.  When challenges arise, he always makes himself available, makes you feel like his top priority and shows up! That has allowed him to build solid relationships throughout every level of the organization.

Stacy’s guidance has elevated the effectiveness of both the executive team as well as field leaders. It has been an amazing privilege to have collaborated with him over these past years.”

Omar Encarnacion – Champions Director of Field Operations at KinderCare Education

“Executive Business Acumen. Potent Balance of Strategy and Tactics. Inspirational Consulting. These are three Leadership and Partnership traits that are unequivocally evident in Stacy Silverman’s professional dynamic. Since 2018, I was privileged to call Stacy an effective and highly resourceful, business partner that played key roles in our Company’s progress and contributed a significant amount of knowledge, guidance, and support to my own personal success and strategies as a Regional Director.

He constantly put our commodities, Children and their mental, emotional, and educational well-being, at the forefront of every suggestion, direction, and instruction he provided. He maintained and exhibited a highly effective stance on how Quality Measures and Standards should be monitored strategically, but also how to best and most effectively implement in the programs and curriculum – allowing Executives, but also Frontline, to conceptualize the “How” and “Why” of the Implementation and Sustainability of the Processes. All this professional and academic knowledge, advisement, and impact revolved around both an innate passion for the role description as well as stellar, interpersonal skills that resulted in trustworthy and authentic relationships he built and maintained with various levels and positions of the Company. He is just as an amazing person as he is a business partner.

Any Team would not only be fortunate to have Stacy become a part of it, but their own caliber will be instantly, organically, and for the long-term be elevated to a different level of Excellence and Achievement.”

I have had the pleasure of knowing Stacy for 10+ years. I can attest to his passion and determined spirit, which drives his ability to engage and educate hard to reach youth and their families. He possesses the right skills to design and implement youth service programming, which is only secondary to his ability to galvanize community leaders and funders behind causes that benefit youth. Stacy is simply an asset builder and a leader, maximizing everyone’s contributions to a cause while creating a safe space for professionals to explore interests and abilities. His ability to focus on immediate challenges while thinking forty moves ahead is the gift he uses to coach people to success and programs to sustainability. It’s the same skill he uses to guide youth, families, staff, and organizations to improve in realistic, innovative, and meaningful ways.”

Alexzandra Shade- Director, Corporate Social Responsibility – CUNA Mutual Group

“I have had the pleasure to working with Stacy Silverman in several capacities, as my reliability anchor, colleague, and employee.  Stacy has shown nothing but excellence in his responsibility, work ethic, and quality of work. In his position with me as an assessor, it takes great independence and diligence to complete an objective assessment of quality programming. Whether it is due to his psychology education, training and experience, or an innate ability, he has a keen eye for identifying quality in youth programming. In addition, our assessor satisfaction surveys put him high in the program directors opinions of putting staff at ease during a stressful situation. He has very strong interpersonal skills at every level.

I highly recommend Stacy as a program manager. Not only will you be getting an employee who can easily handle the administrative aspect of a management position, but you will be getting a person who has experience and excels in training and identifying key components in motivation and generating a cohesive work environment.”

Elaine Mancini – Family Central, Inc., Manager of After School Assessments

“Stacy is an experienced and talented youth development project manager. He is outcomes-driven yet remains a progressive thought leader who is passionate about helping communities advance the out-of-school time mission. He is collaborative by nature and worked effectively managing complex projects across departments. Creative and innovative, he motivates, coaches, and leads others to strive for excellence in their work.”

Patrick A. Freeland – Quality Advisor, Prime Time Palm Beach County, Inc.

“Stacy integrated his warm and compassionate personality with his understanding of the therapeutic program to work with his clients in the most effective manner. He would often adjust his approach to problematic situations and adverse behaviors in efforts to better serve the population with which he was dealing. Furthermore, Stacy often solicited feedback from supervisors and colleagues as to how to approach similar situations and followed up with these people when these approaches had been attempted. Following that, he would use this feedback and these lessons to train and teach his less experienced colleagues.
Stacy was also involved in the education of the clients that he worked with in a variety of levels. He consistently and creatively taught critical life skills to at-risk youth in his role as a counselor. He integrated these lessons in to themes for the clients with which he worked and adjusted the lessons to meet each student at his particular level. He also coordinated his efforts with other education specialists and teachers to improve each student’s educational opportunities. This frequently resulted in effective organizational collaboration, benefiting both staff and student.”
